DELUXE KIT (Includes Complete Kit option with the following upgrades)

1. 6x8 timber posts, replacing the steel columns for main beam support in basement.

2. The log sizes are increased to 8x10 double tongue and groove pine.

3. The 5/8 sub floor sheathing has now changed to plywood.

4. The ½ roof sheathing has now changed to plywood.

5. All windows and exterior doors are upgraded and low e argon exterior aluminum clad.

6. The roofing material is now upgraded to a colored metal roof or architectural shingles. Eaves starter is also included.

7. Aluminum Fascia.

8. Interior doors will be colonial pine doors.

9. 2nd floor balconies are to be cedar or pine.

10. Patio doors will be of natural pine construction with pre-finished exterior aluminium cladding.

- Pre-finished residential steel roofing in a wide variety of colours, including all required matching flashing, ridge vent and fasteners.

- Double tongue and groove and available in in 6x10, 6x12, 8x8 and 8x10.
